Brian S. Shah, DDS, MD
Dr. Shah was trained as an oral and maxillofacial surgeon at Massachusetts General Hospital. After finishing in 2006 he moved to Maine and joined Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery Associates. He received his medical degree from Harvard Medical School, his dental degree from The Ohio State University and his bachelors of science in microbiology from Miami University in Ohio.
Dr. Shah serves as an active medical staff member at both Mercy Hospital and Maine Medical Center and is a member of the Greater Portland Cleft Lip and Palate Team. He is a member of the American Dental Association, American Medical Association, and the American Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons.
Dr. Shah’s clinical interests include orthognathic surgery, maxillofacial pathology and trauma, implant surgery and pediatric surgery including treatment of the cleft lip and palate deformity.
