Scheduling Information

Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery Associates, P.A. is open Monday - Friday from 8 am until 5 pm. We will schedule your appointment as promptly as possible. If you have pain or an emergency situation, every attempt will be made to see you that day. We kindly ask that no food or drink be brought to the office, for the courtesy of our surgical patients who may be fasting.

Because we value your time and want to make your visit with us as enjoyable as possible, we need certain information from you. Having your patient registration and medical history filled out in advance is greatly appreciated. We also request that you bring all insurance information with you to ensure that you receive the maximum benefit from your coverage, and ensure timely and accurate claims submission to your carriers. If you received a referral slip from your dentist, bringing it with you will help us optimize your care.

We try our best to stay on schedule to minimize your waiting. Due to the fact that we provide surgical services, various circumstances may lengthen the time allocated for a procedure. Emergency cases can also arise and cause delays. We appreciate your understanding and patience.
